Annie Bell is a prolific, successful and respected food writer and author. She asked me a short while ago to design her latest cook book and I was introduced to a wonderful team including Editor Catherine Ward, Photographer Nassimer Rothacker, Props Stylist Polly Webb-Wilson and Food Sylist Nicole Herft.
The book is complex in terms of content, with variations, knacks, techniques, serving suggestions and advice as well as the recipes and ingredients – and all this on a single black plate! The wonderful recipes and photography are highlighted by the stunning illustrations of Ryo Takemasa.
