Spice is Mark’s third book in his fantastic ‘flavour’ series and it follows the highly acclaimed Sour and Herb. As with Sour I created the cover illustration, a nice distraction from type and layouts. Spice also differs from the other books in the series in that it also contains guest recipes from such chefs and writers as José Pizarro, Honey & Co, Maunika Gowardhan and Yuki Gomi.

Spice was shortlisted for a 'British Book Design & Print Award' in 2023 and was nominated as 'Highly Commended'
